Andrea-Luca Bossard

Andrea-Luca Bossard studies Empirical Cultural Studies and History at the University of Zurich, is a tutor since many years and was research assistant to Prof. Dr. Christine Lötscher from 2022-2025. His studies focus on socio-material inequalities and current political discourse in times of cultural conjunctural shifts. He created two ethnographic short films and is co-editor for the online publication "das bulletin". He is currently working for the Zurich movie production company Catpics and just finished his master's thesis on the critique of capitalism in times of crises (2010-2024). Popular media have always been a matter of the heart for him, be it pop music, movies, tv series, and of course video games. He likes socio-critical RPGs and Indie Games, in which a player might discover new ways of thinking about the world.
