Iris Hübscher

Iris Hübscher is a research associate in the team on interculturality and language diversity at the Department of Applied Linguistics at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and a postdoctoral researcher at the URPP Language and Space at the University of Zurich. Her research focuses on multimodal pragmatics (especially multimodal im/politeness) across cultures, and the interplay between gesture and speech in children’s sociopragmatic language development.
