Marc Bodmer

Marc Bodmer, Master of Law UZH & Game Consultant, has been looking at the socio-cultural aspects of digital media for a good 25. He was project manager "Media Literacy Promotion" at the ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences where he ran a game lab. He was the independent game expert for the Swiss cultural foundation Pro Helvetia. He is co-author of two teaching materials on video games. He gives lectures at universities, workshops for non-gamers and hosts the podcast «Cyberculture». He is currently working with the ZHAW on a project on the hidden skills of gamers when he is not writing articles for Swiss newspapers and magazines. Marc Bodmer is happily married and the proud father of a grown-up teenager.
